Formation is an integral part of a life of a society, influencing on prospects of development both inside of the country, and behind its limits. Corner stone in an education system and, sphere which for today is the most problematic, is the higher education. Now take measures on improvement of quality of formation, an opportunity of interaction and integration.

However uniform system of the analysis which would characterize realities of quality of knowledge of graduates till now it is not created. The number of the young men buying diplomas, and HIGH SCHOOLS, their selling has increased also. These facts speak that has ripened necessity to change all system of an estimation of activity of HIGH SCHOOLS. Given clause – not a ready material for the analysis, and only a first step to it
